How do I return an item? 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, returns and repairs We fully expect that you will love your kyler eco jewelry! But, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a product refund under the terms outlined below. Only items purchased from our online store are eligible for this return policy. Any items purchased through our retailers are subject to individual retailers' policies. Please note the following return terms: --- sale, clearance, or discount items are final sale ---custom orders, such as when the length of a chain or a particular combination of metals are requested to be altered from the standard design, as stated on each product's page, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged --- for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged - all earring sales are final. --- there are no refunds of shipping & handling or gift-wrapping charges. Items which are shipped free of charge and are subsequently returned will incur a $10 restock fee to reimburse the original shipping cost to us. --- all discounted items will only be refunded (or exchange credit granted) for the discounted price that was paid. --- we can only accept returned merchandise that is received back in all of the original packaging within 30 days of the shipment date and is in unworn, new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks. To return an item, please email us at returns@kylerdesigns.com for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice, write the RMA number on your invoice copy and include a short note explaining the reason for your return and desired solution, refund or exchange. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured in a well-padded box - no envelopes, including padded envelopes, are acceptable for returns. All items returned in any kind of envelope will be refused and returned to you without being opened, as items are likely to be damaged. We cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. REPAIRS All jewelry is guaranteed under normal wear and usage for 60 days from invoice date. Any product needing repair within 60 days under normal wear and usage may be returned to us for repair free of charge. We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. If your jewelry is in need of repair after 60 days, we are happy to take care of it for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling. Please contact us for a quote before shipping. For your protection, please send all repairs insured in a well-padded envelope or box. We cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. |
