Turn-Around Time and Shipping Information We want to set accurate delivery expectations. We process orders Monday through Friday. Please take into consideration that orders may take longer to produce and ship during holiday seasons or due to other circumstances beyond our control. Use the chart below to determine the estimated delivery time for your order, which is the expected shipping time added to our studio production time. Shipping time begins after your order leaves our studio, generally 1-5 business days after your order is placed. PLEASE NOTE: Business days refer to weekdays - Monday through Friday. U.S. legal holidays are not counted as business days. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. If you have not received your order within the time frame shown for the shipping method you selected, please contact us, and we will assist you. Once your order has entered the carrier's system, we have no control over the delivery of your order.
