A recycled stainless steel intaglio pendant, reminiscent of scalloped edges and hems, is dipped in 24 karat gold and strung on a 14 karat gold fill or sterling silver chain.
Feminine yet bold, the French coquille is regarded as a symbol of the setting sun, providing both rest and peace at day's end, and powerful strength upon rising. This pendant makes a striking statement worn with a sweetheart neckline or batik print.
Pendant is 2 1/4 inches wide by 1 3/8 inches in height. Chains can be adjusted to shorter lengths to be worn closer to the neck - choose your longest preference in the options below. Shorter chains are more delicate and rest lightly on the skin - longer chains are slightly heavier make a bolder statement over clothes.
